Services
Services At The Center for Mindful Eating
These are an overview of the services TCME provides and will provide in the near future. Please note that some services are currently in development. Contact TCME for more information.

Conference Call Training:
The Center for Mindful Eating is dedicated to providing professionals training on a wide range of approaches to mindful eating. TCME provides basic aspects of mindful eating as a free service. More advanced training are available without charge to our members. To learn more about the next program that is offered, please visit the calendar.

Newsletter: Food for Thought.
The Center for Mindful Eating produces a quarterly newsletter called Food for Thoughts. The 4-color, full feature newsletter, with free reproducible patient handout is available for members at our website. If you would like to look at a copy of Food for Thought, please visit our Newsletter page.

Resources and Articles:
TCME offers many articles for both professionals and their clients that can be accessed on the web, though a PDF download. Many of these articles, including The Principles of Mindful Eating are free and reproducible for educational purposes and are available to both members and non-members.
