Meditation Statement
The Center for Mindful Eating, believes that the practice of mindful eating is enhanced by meditation. In general a consistent meditation practice provides a number of benefits including a sense of acceptance, balance, wholeness, and well being.

At The Center For Mindful Eating, we emphasizes a method of paying attention known as mindfulness meditation. We recognize that many meditations practices exist. Two specific meditations practices to consider learning more about include Minding the breath and Developing Loving Kindness.

Size diversity:
TCME recognizes that many factors affect body size. Body size and shape are not a full reflection of awareness skill level. TCME strives to promote mindfulness and the many related benefits and welcomes all without regard to size.
