This practical 1-day workshop will help you engage your clients in the change process. Using mindfulness tools, mindful eating principles and cutting-edge mindfulness research, Donald will show how to train the brain for a peaceful relationship with food, weight, and body. The workshop comes alive with videos, humor, handouts, case studies, role-playing, and mindful eating practice.
